Pre-submission review only. InstaPreview provides an advisory review intended to help identify potential corrections, omissions, or code-compliance issues in your plans before you submit them to a governing authority. Our review is a planning aid. It is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Not exhaustive. InstaPreview may not identify every issue a reviewer could raise, and it may flag items that your jurisdiction does not ultimately require. A clean InstaPreview review is not a promise that your plans will pass, and a flagged item is not a statement that your jurisdiction will require it. Use our review as one input, not the final word.

No guarantee of approval. InstaPreview does not approve plans, issue permits, or guarantee that any plan, drawing, or project will be approved by any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), building department, or other governmental body. Final authority over plan review, permitting, and code interpretation rests solely with the applicable governing authority.

Not a substitute for official review. Using InstaPreview does not replace, satisfy, or fulfill any official plan review, inspection, permitting, or approval process required by law. You remain fully responsible for submitting your plans to, and obtaining all required approvals from, the appropriate governing authorities.

Not professional certification. Unless professional architecture or engineering services are expressly engaged and a sealed, signed instrument is provided by a licensed professional, an InstaPreview review does not constitute the practice of architecture or engineering and does not carry a professional seal, stamp, or certification.

Codes change and interpretations vary. Building codes, amendments, and local requirements are updated frequently and may be interpreted differently by different reviewers and jurisdictions. We work to keep our information current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date for your specific project at the time of your submission.

Your responsibility. The accuracy of any review depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the materials you submit to us are correct.
